Adults:
Take 1 soft capsule daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Each soft capsule contains:
Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms,
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25 micrograms.
Contains soya bean products and sulfites.

When you’re getting plenty of calcium from other sources, this gives the benefits of K2 and D3.
