Directions

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule per day. Pierce or squeeze into food if you have swallowing concerns.

Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1.5 g
Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 540 mg
Equiv. to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 360 mg
