Adults:
To relieve inflammation and for general health & wellbeing: Take 3 soft capsules daily with food.
For cardiovascular & heart health: Take 2 soft capsules twice daily with food.

Each soft capsule contains:
Natural fish oil 1g (1000mg) Equiv. to Omega-3 marine triglycerides 300 mg Equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg Equiv. to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg.
