Directions
Split the tablet into half if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.
Adults:
Take 1 tablet every 3 hours with food. Do not exceed 5 tablets a day.

If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes – dark urine – nausea – vomiting – unusual tiredness – weakness – stomach or abdominal pain – and/or loss of appetite you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
Contains 73.94mg total caffeine per tablet.
A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
Caffeine intake of more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Limit the use of caffeine containing products (including tea/coffee/energy drinks and certain sodas) when taking this product.
Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver.
