Adults and children over 12 years:

  • For general health and to support intestinal friendly flora:
    Take 1 capsule daily.
  • To help reduce the occurrence of symptoms of travellers diarrhoea:
    Take 1 capsule daily, begin two days before intended travel.

Lactobacillus paracasei (LPC-37) 3 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (BL-04) 2 Billion CFU
