Neat Feat Therapy Gel Hot & Cold Therapy Wrap

Directions

Limit use of the gel pack to 15 minutes at a time.
Repeat every hour, as needed.
Consult your Physician about extended use or if you are not sure whether hot or cold treatment is right for your application.

Hot Application Directions:
Remove gel pack from strap and place flat in microwave.
Heat for 20 seconds at full power level (750W).
Carefully check If pack is sufficiently warm.
If not, turn gel pack over and heat for another 20 seconds.
Then carefully check again.
If still not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds.

Cold Appliction Directions:
 Place gel pack in your freezer for at least 2 hours. Stick gel pack to strap and apply where needed. If gel pack is too cold, wrap a towel around it before applying.

Strap-Neoprene 90%, Elastane 10%, Gel 75% Gel, 25% Glycerin
