Directions

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily an hour before bed. Dissolve in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed and consume immediately.

Magnesium glycinate Equiv. Magnesium 350mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg
Equiv. Valeriana officinalis root dry 1.25g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 100mg
