Directions

Adults:
Take 1 level scoop (6g) dissolved in 150mL of chilled water once daily, 30 minutes before a meal or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Shake or stir until mixed and consume immediately. Drink plenty of water.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
