Directions

Adults:
Take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Curcuma longa dry rhizome extract 77.5mg, from 1.55g (min) dry rhizome (turmeric)
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 500IU) 12.5 micrograms
Calcium (from Calcium carbonate) 162.5mg

Contains: No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products. Contains Sulfites
