Directions
Apply on and around the painful areas and rub in.

Each gram contains:
Arnica Montana Flower Tincture (equiv. 32mg dry flower)…300mg
Wintergreen Oil…150mg
Rosemary Oil…20mg
Eucalyptus Oil…80mg
Boswellia Certerii Extract (equiv. dry gum 20mg)…2mg
Contains Alcohol 15.6% w/w & Methyl Salicylate.
Also contains Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds and mucous membranes.
If irritation develops, discontinue use.
Do not use if pregnant / planning pregnancy.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Application to the skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area.
