Directions

Massage cream directly on and around the painful joint and/or muscle areas.
Reapply as required, up to 5 times daily.

Ingredients

Each gram contains: Aloe Vera 2.14mg (Extract equiv. leaf juice 428mg), Hypericum Perforatum Flower Tincture 30mg (Equiv. dry flower 3.3mg), Arnica Montana Flower Tincture 111mcl microlitre (Equiv. dry flower 5.55mg), Boswellia Carterii extract 2mg (Equiv. dry gum oleoresin 20mg), Rosemary Oil 40mg, Lavender Oil 200mcg, Eucalyptus Oil 40mg, Cajuput Oil 5mg, Melaleuca Oil 5mg, Camphor 30mg. Also contains Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E.
