Pentavite Multivitamin Liquid for Infants

Directions

Administer dose via syringe provided directly into infant’s mouth or add to a teaspoon of milk. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.

For infants and children aged 0 up to 3 years:
0.45 mL daily single dose or as directed by your healthcare professional.
