Directions
Adults:
Up to 6 tablets a day or as directed by a physician.
Children:
Up to 3 tablets a day or as directed by a physician.
The tablets must be dissolved in 1/3 to 1/2 glass of water and taken orally.
The dosage should be adjusted to suit the requirements of individual patients.

Ingredients
Active ingredient in each tablet:
Monobasic sodium phosphate 1.936g (equivalent to phosphorus 500mg)
In addition each tablet provides sodium 469mg and potassium 123mg.
Contains sugars and saccharin.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
