Directions

1. Open the plastic wrapper when ready to use.
2. Position the pocket with the heat pad over the desired spot.
3. Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24-hour period. It may take up to 30 minutes for the wrap to reach maximum temperature.

Iron Powder, Activated Carbon Vermiculite, Water, Resin & Salt.

Cautions

For external (one time) use only.
Do not use heat pad over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken, bruised or irritated skin.
Do not use while sleeping. Heat pad should be used with careful supervision on those unable to remove the product by themselves such as the elderly or physically disabled.
Do not microwave the heat pack. Do not reuse it.
Do not use on children. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not uyse heat pack with other wraps or supports.
Do not open the sealed package if you don’t intend to use it, as it will activate when exposed to air.
Do not use it if hot content is leaking or product is damaged in any way.
Store in cool, dry place avoiding direct sunlight.
