Directions

Step 1. Wash your hands before and after use. Gently clean the skin and dry thoroughly.
Step 2. Holding the bandage with the roll uppermost in your hand, wrap the bandage in a spiral direction around the area. Overlap half of the bandage with each winding. Do not pull or stretch too tightly, as too much tension may affect the blood flow. Check for loss of sensation. Remove the bandage if it is too tight and re-apply with less tension.
Step 3. Secure the end of the bandage with tape
