Directions

Remove the pack from its outer packaging.
Squeeze firmly to activate the internal cooling mechanism.
Shake the pack gently if instructed on the packaging.
Wrap the pack in a thin cloth or protective barrier before applying to the skin.
Apply to the affected area for short periods, checking the skin regularly.
Dispose of the pack after use according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
