Directions

1. Measure around the joint or limb at the widest point.
2. Use the size guide to select the most suitable bandage size.

For the wrist or lower arm:

1. Cut the bandage to twice the length required to sufficiently cover the affected area.
2. Make small cuts where necessary for thumb.
3. Pull bandage over arm and double the bandageback over itself, remembering to put your thumb through the hole.

For all other areas:

1. Cut the bandage to twice the length required.
2. Pull bandage over leg or arm.
3. Double bandage back over limb.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS APPLY TUBULAR BANDAGES AS A DOUBLE LAYER.
