Directions

Ensure the Heat Bag is flat on the microwave turntable and does not prevent rotation.
Heat on medium to high setting in 30 second intervals until desired heat is reached. Test on forearm for correct temperature before applying to the affected area
Do not heat for more than 2 minutes continuously.
After heating allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.
Before re-heating allow heat pack to cool to room temperature.
