Directions
Use 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week.
Adults and children of 6+ years:
For optimum results, brush thoroughly after each meal and rinse with Oral7 Moisturising Mouthwash.
Children 2-6 years:
Use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrosylate, Glycerin, Aqua, Silica, Dextrose Monohydrate, Hydrated Silica, Isoceteth 20, Xylitol, Sodium Monofluorophospahte, Xanthan Gum, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint Oil), Sodium Benzoate, Lactoperoxidase, Potassium Thiocyanate, Lactoferrin, Lysozyme, Glycose Oxidase, Limonene, Calcium Lactate.
Have used this product for some time – quite effective.
