Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2 mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 12 mg, Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 5 mg (as calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg), Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 1.5 mg (as pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.82 mg), Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 2 micrograms, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 59 mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E 8.47 IU) 7 mg, Copper (as copper gluconate) 350 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin B7) 2.5 mg, Potassium (as potassium iodide) 15 micrograms, Iodine (as potassium iodide) 50 micrograms, Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 10.5 mg, Selenium (as selenomethionine) 30 micrograms, Silicon (as silicon dioxide) 15 mg, Zinc (as zinc sulfate monohydrate) 11 mg, Cysteine 5 mg.
