Directions

Adults:
1 tablet daily with a meal or as prescribed by your health professional.

Each film coated tablet contains:
Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide 440 mg) 264mg
Magnesium (as dibasic magnesium phosphate trihydrate 262.2 mg) 36.1mg
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 50 mg
equiv. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 41.32mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 66.9 mg
equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 55mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 2.5 micrograms
Manganese (as Manganese amino acid chelate 40 mg) 4mg

Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness.
See your health professional as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Contains soya bean products, phenylalanine and sulfites.
Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
