Directions

Detach a uni-dose ampoule.
Twist off detachable top.
Dispense solution into cup.
Invert cup over eye and blink.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients per Litre:
Sodium Chloride USP…5.7g
Potassium Di-Hydrogen Phosphate…6.8g

Sodium Hydroxide 1.5g/L for pH adjustment, Purified Water.

Warnings

Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
Once openeed, discard any unused solution immediately.
Do not use if solution is contaminated.
If allergic discontinue use.
Store below 30°C.
