Directions

1. Wash hands thoroughly before use.
2. Do not use if blue safety ring is damaged or missing.
3. Remove blue safety ring.
4. Screw cap down to pierce opening.
5. Do not use unless solution is clear.
6. Store in a cool dry place.
7. Discard unused solution after 30 days.

Ingredients

Sodium Chloride, Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide (PHMB), Edetate Disodium Dihydrate, Purified Water.

Warnings

Do not use simutaneously with other eye medicaments except on medical advice.
Do not mix with other fluids except at directed.
Do not use if user is allergic to any of the declared ingredients in the product.
Do not use for wound irrigation.
Not for injection.
Keep out of reach of children.
