Directions

Adults:
One tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients

Actaea racemosa rhizome Extract dry concentrate, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, potato starch, powdered cellulose. Contains sugars as lactose monohydrate. Contains milk products.

Each tablet contains: Actaea racemosa extract dry concentrate 2.5mg from dried rhizome 21.25mg.

Warnings

If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
If you experience yellowing of the skin and/or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.
