🚚 Dispatch Enquiries

📮 Address Changes
- If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but it’s not always possible.
- If your order has already shipped, you can usually request a redirection through Australia Post.
🔄 Change of Mind & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
- We do not accept change-of-mind refunds, but you’re welcome to return items for a store credit (as per our Terms & Conditions).

- Order placed after 9 AM will be processed on the next business day. An email will be sent once your order is ready for pick up.
