🚚 Dispatch Enquiries

  • We typically ship within 1–3 business days (up to 7 business days during sales).

📮 Address Changes

  • If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but it’s not always possible.
  • If your order has already shipped, you can usually request a redirection through Australia Post.

🔄 Change of Mind & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • We do not accept change-of-mind refunds, but you’re welcome to return items for a store credit (as per our Terms & Conditions).
  • Order placed after 9 AM will be processed on the next business day. Email will be sent once order is ready for pick up.
