1. Skin must be dry.
2. Rotate the mit in a CIRCULAR MOTION, several times one way and then in the opposite direction.
3. DO NOT RUB UP AND DOWN.
4. Heavy pressure is unnecessary.
5. If a fine white powder appears, this is simply beneficial exfoliation and will disappear after wiping with a damp towel.
