Directions

Tablets are intended to be chewed or sucked, should not be swallowed. Take 30 minutes apart from food, drink and any other medicine.

CHILDREN OVER 5 YEARS & ADULTS UNDER 80KG:
Chew or suck one tablet once daily when lying in bed. When improvement is noticed, you may start using every other night until no longer needed.

ADULTS OVER 80KG:
Chew or suck one tablet 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat at bedtime, when improvement is noticed, you may start using every other night until no longer needed.

Each (300mg) tablet contains equal parts of:
Atropa belladonna (Belladonna) 6X; Ephedra distachya (Ephedra vulg) 6X; Histamine dihydrochloride (Histaminum hydrochloricum) 12X; Hydrastis canadensis (Goldenseal) 6X; Potassium dichromate (Kali bic) 6X; Strychnos nux-vomica (Nux vomica) 5X; Strychnos nux-vomica (Nux vomica) 6X; Teucrium ma rum (Cat-thyme) 6X
