Directions

Follow heating instructions on packaging.

Heating Instructions:
850 watt microwave- Microwave on high for 2 minutes
650 watt microwave- Microwave on high for 3 minutes

For other wattages adjust time accordingly.
Position in the centre of microwave turntable.
After removal from microwave, gently knead the bag to distribute the heat.
Test on the forearm before using on the body.
Apply the heat pack directly to the body, do not wrap up.
