Adults:
One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
IRON (from iron amino acid chelate) 20mg
VITAMIN C (as ascorbic acid from calcium ascorbate dihydrate) 16.52mg
VITAMIN B6 (as pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 8.22mg
BETACAROTENE 1mg
SPIRULINA Certified Organic Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis cell powder) 200mg

Contains soya beans, sulfites & phenylalanine.
