Directions

ADULT DOSAGE:
One tablet daily, during or after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

EACH FILM COATED TABLET CONTAINS: Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 25 mg; Vitamin A (retinol acetate) 375 micrograms/RE; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride) 30 mg; Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate pentahydrate) 35 mg; Manganese (from manganese sulfate monohydrate) 2 mg

Also contains Phenylalanine, soya beans & sulfites.

Warnings

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
