Systane UD Lubricant Eye Drops
Directions
Twist off the top of the single dose vial.
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink.
DISCARD THE VIAL AFTER USE into household waste or preferable into a plastic recycling bin, according to local waste management guidance.
Ingredients
A Sterile Solution containing Hydroxypropyl Guar, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Boric Acid, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Chloride, and Purified Water.
May contain Hydrochlorid Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH.
Warnings

If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness of the eye, stop using Systane UD Lubricant Eye Drops and consult your eye care professional as the problem could become more serious.
Temporary blurred vision or other visual disturbances may affect the ability to drive or use machines.
If blurred vision occurs after application, wait until the vision clears before driving or using machinery.
Use before the expiration date marked on teh product.
Protect from light.
For single use only.
Discard remaining contents after use.
Do not save solution in an opened vial.
