Directions

Adults:
Take 2 tablets daily in the evening at least 1 hour before bed, or as professionally prescribed.

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. 150mg derived from dry flowering and fruiting herb 750mg,
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) ext. 150mg derived from dry root min. 1.5g (1500mg),
