Directions

Adults:
Take one capsule daily (with food). This can be increased to two capsules daily or as professionally prescribed.

Store below 30°C in a dry place.

Each capsule contains active ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. 400mg,
…derived from dry root and rhizome min. 2 g (2000 mg),
…… std. to contain Valerenic acids 3.2 mg.
