URAMET works by targetting the bacteria in the urine that cause UTIs. It may be used for short or long term UTI prevention, and can be used after successful initial treatment to help prevent recurrent UTIs. There is no known bacterial resistance with Uramet.

Adults and children 12 years and over:
One tablet twice a day. Can be taken with and without food.

Not to be taken with a urinary alkaliniser.
Do not use if you have impaired kidney or liver function.
Store below 30°C.
Keep cap tightly closed.
