Directions

Adults and children over 6 years: Turn to open.
Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed.
Use any time it is needed.

Fir Needle Oil Siberian, Fragrance, Camphor, Lavender Oil, and Light Mineral Oil.

Warnings

Do not administer to children under 6 years.
Use only with head in an upright position.
For external use only.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
