Vicks VapoRub Lavender Decongestant Cough Cold Rub

Directions

Rub-on:
Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.

Steam Inhalation:
Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub.
Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes.
May be repeated up to four times a day.

For muscular aches and pains:
Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:
Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w. Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Lavender Oil, Fragrance and Thymol in White Soft Paraffin base.

Warnings

When using for rub-on, DO NOT:

• Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician.
• Apply close to eyes.
• Apply to nostrils, on or around nose, wounds, or damaged skin.
• Bandage tightly or use with heating pads.

When using for steam inhalation:

• Read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage.
• Incorrect usage may result in serious burns or scalds.
• Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
• Do not leave children unsupervised.
• Do not heat in a microwave or reheat mixture.
• Do not add into the water that you are heating.

Consult a doctor:

• If fever is present or symptoms persist.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.
• While using this medicine.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane.
• When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately.
• Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label.
• If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area.
