Directions
Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3 – 6 months (1 in the morning 1 in the evening) taken with water after food.
Viviscal tables are easy to swallow.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Each tablet contains:
Shark Cartilage (From AminoMar C™) 377mg, Acerola Fruit Powder 10.6mg, Horsetail Extract 165mg, Flaxseed Extract 50mg, Vitamin C 29mg and Zinc 7.5mg.
