A mild topical corticosteroid for when you need temporary relief from red, itchy, inflamed skin conditions, including mild eczema, rashes and dermatitis.

Sigmacort 0.5% Cream provides temporary relief from the redness, itching and inflammation of the skin.

Product Features:

  • They are easy to spread over sore inflamed areas of skin
  • Have a drying effect making them suitable for moist, weeping skin conditions
  • Suits skin that folds or bends, or areas that may touch or rub together
  • Washes away with water

Description

Sigmacort 0.5% Cream 30g

Directions

Apply sparingly to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Reduce the number of applications as the disorder subsides.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient per gram:
Hydrocortisone Acetate…5mg

Preserved with Chlorocresol 1mg/g.

Warnings

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.

Do not use

  • In the eyes.
  • For acne.

CAUTION – Do not use

  • For children under 2 years old unless a doctor has told you to.

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use

  • Under waterproof bandages.
  • For more than 7 days
  • In the presence of a skin infection until the infection has been adequately controlled.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Contact your doctor if irritation or itching persist.
