Directions

Children (12 years of age and over, weighting 44kg) and adults:
Take one capsule daily or as directed by your physicians. Do not crush or chew the capsules.
Do not take this product for more than 12 month except on medical advice.
Do not give to children under 12 years or weighing less than 44kg.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients per capsule:
Ferrous Formarate…304mg
…Equivalent to 100mg of Elemental Iron
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)…20mg

Contains Lactose.

Do not give to children under 12 years of age or to children over 12 years of age weighing less than 44kg.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AS IRON OVERDOSE CAN BE FATAL.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
