Directions
HOW: Serve size = 5g (1 level scoop). Adults: Add 1 serve to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.
WHEN: Take 1-2 serve daily, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
