Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:
Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C)100 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 400 IU), 10 micrograms, Zinc sulphate monohydrate (zinc 15mg) 41.6 mg, Sambucus nigra (elderberry) fruit juice conc. 143 mg, equiv. fresh fruit juice 1g.
