Directions

Adults 18 years and over: 1 tablet dissolved in a glass of water. Take daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 1.4 mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.6 mg Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 18 mg Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) 6 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 2.5 μg Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60 mg Vitamin H (Biotin) 150 μg Folic acid 200 μg Iron (as ferric pyrophosphate) 12 mg Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulfate dihydrate) 135 mg Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 4.6 mg Salvia officinalis (Spanish sage) oil (as encapsulated Salvia officinalis subsp. Lavandulifolia oil) 25 µl
