Description
Fish oil is the oil which is derived from the tissues of oily fish and contain large amounts of Essential Omega-3 Fatty Acids Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA).
Caruso’s Triple Strength Fish Oil Concentrate is a 1500mg capsule and contains three times the EPA and DHA of a standard 1,000mg Fish Oil capsule, so you take fewer capsules for the same results as you would a normal 1,000mg Fish Oil capsule.

Dosage
For general health and wellbeing:
Adults take 1 capsule a day with food.
For mild osteoarthritis, cholesterol health, skin conditions and pregnant women:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food or as advised by your Healthcare Professional.
