Adults (12 years+):
Dissolve 10g (one sachet) into 200-300mL of water, juice (eg. apple or blackcurrant) or milk of your choice, once a day.
Do not heat or add to heated liquid as it can affect the potency of the probiotics.
Storage
Store below 30 degrees, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
