Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age and over:
Constipation – 1 sachet daily. Increase to 2 or 3 sachets daily if required.
Faecal impaction as diagnosed by a doctor – 8 sachets in 6 hours for no longer than 3 days.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Children under 12 years of age:
Do not use this medicine.

Drink plenty of water.
Increase fibre into the diet, except in cases of medication-induced constipation.
