ATHELITE BEAST ULTRA BATH SALTS

Directions

For relaxation :
Take 1-2 caps full of ATHELITE Beast Ultra Bath Salts and blend into a warm to hot bath.
Soak in bath for at least 15-20 minutes to obtain optimal relaxation benefits.

For muscle recovery:
Take 2-4 caps full of ATHELITE Beast Ultra Bath Salts and blend into a warm to hot bath.
Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits.

For Sports Preparation, Performance & Recovery:
Use ATHELITE X Armour Liquid in conjunction with ATHELITE Beast Ultra Bath Salts.
Pour 2 caps full of ATHELITE X Armour Liquid and 2-4 caps full of ATHELITE Beast Ultra Bath Salts and blend together into a hot bath.
Soak in bath for at least 30-40 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits.
Please drink plenty of fluids during bath duration to maintain adequate hydration levels.
Ensure lid is reapplied & secured after each use to stop moisture entering the Beast Bath Salts container.
