Bellamy’s Organic Milk & Vanilla Baby Rice Infant Cereal

Directions

Step 1
Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby. Make sure all utensils are thoroughly clean.

Step 2
Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes, Allow to cool. Measure 6 tablespoons (120mL) and pour previously boiled, cool water into baby’s bowl. Water can be substituted for baby’s usual milk if desired”.

Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons (14g) of cereal and stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion.

“When prepared with breast milk the cereal becomes thinner. Add as desired for preferred consistency.

Appropriate portion sizes will vary on factors such as age, stage of development and appetite.
