Directions

A dose can be taken straight of mixed with water or juice and consumed immediately. For short term use, maximum of 2 weeks without medical advice.
Take as recommended, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 6-12 years: Give 10 mL one to two times a day.
Children 13-17 years: Give 20 mL one to two times a day.
Shake well before use.

Active Ingredients: Each 10mL dose contains:

Herbals: Valeriana officinalis (valerian) root 160 mg, equiv. to dry root 640 mg, std. to contain valerenic acids 480 micrograms, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) leaf 82.1 mg, equiv. to dry leaf 320 mg, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) extract dry conc. 50 mg, equiv. to dry herb 250 mg

Nutrients: Inositol (myo-inositol) 125 mg, Choline bitartrate 125 mg

Contains: Contains potassium sorbate, sulfites. Contains 1.31 mg of potassium per 1 mL.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children.

May cause drowsiness, if your child is impacted stop use and speak to your health professional.
Use only under adult supervision.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Dietary supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
