Adults:
Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Each capsule contains active ingredients:

Ubidecarenone (co-enzyme Q10) 150mg
d-alpha-tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E 15 IU) 10mg
